If a recipe doesn't include the bread machine size then use the basic rule: 1 lb machine = Approx. 2 cups flour 1 1/2 lb machine = Approx. 3 cups flour 2 lb machine = Approx. 4 cups flour To find your bread machine pan size: Fill the bread pan with water, measure it out in cups. If you have less than 10 cups of water this is approx. 1 lb, 11-13 cups of water approx. 1 1/2 lbs, more than 13 cups of water approx. 2 lbs. The above information should be used in conjunction with your manufactures bread machine operating manual.
